how is your cargo named? is has to either be named [*insert component name ore name or ingot name or misc here*:*priority if you want here lower is highest*:*Number of items here*] you can also use the () instead of the [] but not the {}... also make sure you are using the right conveyors, i have found you cant anymore use the 6 way one for the entire thing anymore. make sure the it does connect correctly and the lights are green, the easiest way is placing a item in the target inventory and trying to move it around if they turn grey it is either not connected or the thing your trying to place there cant go there... sorry for the paragraph...
