Automated Inventory Sorting
Special Blocks (Ref, Arc, etc.) and use cases
So I *thought* I understood what I was doing with this mod, when I created a small cargo and named it " SC [Component]" And started seeing all the building componets filter in..

Now I'm working on getting a little more advanced, but I'm unsure of how to form the statements to get what I want, so I thought I would start a discussion to ask my questions, and maybe this will help others looking ...

Question 1: Special blocks like Refinery, Arc Furnace, and Assemblers...

Let's start off pretty basic... I would like to set my Arc Furnace to pull the ore's it's capable of refining, but pull Iron Ore with a little higher priority. So I thought "Arc [Ore/Iron:P1] would do what I wanted, but the refinery's are still pulling it first because they are set to "stock". I'm thinking I need to set the Refinery to something like "Ref [Ore: Ore/Iron:P2]

Question 2: Assemblers, Ingots, and on-demand building of items.... I'm totally confused here.. I kept the Assemblers "stock" because I just don't know what I'm doing. I would like to config my assemblers in such a way as when I click items to build, the assembler will pull the needed ingots. When its done, the left over ingots should be returned to ingot storage. Is that even possible?

I thought of another use case...

Auto Load a welding ship with construction supplies.

I"m thinking this is how to do it... Setup a cargo on the welding ship , say "CM [Component,P1]" Setup your cargo storage on your base as "CL [Component, P2]" When you "dock" your welder to your station with a connector, this would mean that CM is now a higher priority and (at least in theroy) should be filled with supplies from the other cargo(s) ??

I managed to get the "auto load" a welding ship working fine. I'm still struggling on getting my assemblers working correctly. They will pull ingots on demand on "stock" settings, but they seem to only pull a small amount of ingots at a time, so small that if I queue a stack of 100 parts, they will run 1 each "tick" of sorting movements. So it's probably running like double the time to make stuff right now unless I manually drag in the stacks of ingot's I want.

That would be fine if I had the ability to make 1 assembler per componant I wanted to build, then I could just set the ingot amounts in the statements and let the sort mod take care of it. But I'm playing a survivial on the DS, I need the ability to build stuff on demand and have the assemblers pull what they need.

Side note, I really wish keen would get the cooperative mode working on DS's. ...
