Figured it out
It was cause of a mod that let you spawn a camera and it would show a small box showing what the camera is looking at. All fixed now

you need to freeze or slow time

i have tried freeze and slow, no decal or anything appears, its enabled and i see the icon but nothing happens when i use it

yeah same as Koi-san, no matter what it doesnt seem to work

Maybe its beacuse of the multiple camera mod (The one on the main page) beacuse the mod broke after i activated that mod, if not maybe its a mod conflict

Multiple Camera Mod appears to mess with the tool. Everything works fine for me after disabling the camera mod.

no i spawn a normal human being i select the tool and i hold click i move my mouse nothing appears and also doesnt affect the human
