I know I'm "the destroyer of children smiles, unmaker of good fun" here, but would be more balanced if it needed a sheet rather than a rag, and reduced stats to 15'ish capacity and encumberance reduction around 60%.
I know it takes a hand, but current stats of cap20/70reduction/0.5mass are a bit too good in comparison to i.e. a schoolbag.

Nonethless, great idea and mod.

Hi there! Those are not the properties of the item. I suspect you have other mods that boost the capacity.
