Oh forgot to mention that this problem happens specifically in my servers... I am using the anomaly+ map but it has the same loot tables as all the other maps and this problem pertains to all of the vanilla maps.

Maybe I should delete the server and unsub from the modpack, im sure doing it all over again would help right?

Yes, you need to find a mod with an ID between 36000-40000. The relevant red font problem will be reported when the server starts. You can also try to unsubscribe and subscribe again.
