Map looks like yellow piss

I tested the map on another computer with only the workshop content for this map today while fixing an unrelated problem. It didn't look like that.

Indeed it looks completely unrecognizable to the screenshots but I can see what happened, the tile textures use a detail texture which something is replacing in your game. Most likely a workshop addon but identifying which addon it is will be the real problem. The texture that is being replaced is: materials/detail/detaildirt001a
You might be able to locate the addon which is replacing the texture if you enter the console command:
whereis materials/detail/detaildirt001a.vmt
Or:
whereis materials/detail/detaildirt001a.vtf
