Dat texture
I love the concept, but man, Pyro's mask looks horrible.
Not sure if going with a higher res texture is even an option here, but at least evening out the texture mapping to have consistent quality throughout the model would be nice.

Yeah I agree they could of done this under an engi's hat or something. That could of been better

I have been fixing the texture, I gave the balloonicorn to much priority on the UV map, but I do agree the textures are the weakest aspect of this project at the moment.

the part that makes it look bad isn't in the texture but in the fact that you have no hard edges. Also, why isn't this gold starred?
