Makes sense.. but no cosmetic's really have stats. And that's KINDOF Overpowered. since its insta-kill faster then a scout + 2000 hp.

phlog cant airblast, i get the point of that (W+M1)

stripped to primary since phlog = primary.

but then.. what if we dont have a phlog?

Edit:

Aswell, faster then a scout meaning your gonna be running around alot, meaning you cant really be backstabbed by spies, of your speed.

I mean like, some of the stats make sense but then its also op.

Ok, so as fast as a Scout, only 1000+ HP, and instantly gives you a Hale's Own Collector's Killstreak Phlog when bought

Is that underpowered? I think it is
