-Add a full vent system that even gives access to the space beneath the floor grates in the hallways and even more terrifying it leads to the control room as well but weirdly there seems to be bolted off parts of the ventilation that prevent access to a lower area.
-Add a locked room that can only be accessed through the ventilation system, upon entering you will discover an old storage department with an industrial elevator in the back that requires a key card, you'd have to go on an Easter-Egg hunt to find this card but once you do it activates the elevator and allows you to access an abandoned part of the maintenance tunnels at the bottom of that large pit in the center of the map.
-The hidden facility only accessible by the elevator could have a bunch of awesome and terrifying Easter-eggs.
If you weren't interested enough to add all of this the vents would be coolest, being able to look through the grates on the floor and see people above you or the grates on parts of the cielling to spy down on people would be awesome. Maybe some extra vent openings in grated rooms so people can ambush.
I think it would make it more usable in Nextbot chases more notably with SCP 106
for suggestion 1, unsure if i can get that, as said before, havent started work on it, and probably wont as it seems unnessescary to me.
2, i have a single vent that does give access to a lower area but its accessible through other means, and i originally had a hall under the main hall that could see into the hall above through the grate but i threw that away because it didnt make sense, just 2 halls there now.
3.i do kinda have the locked room, it is accessed through a ventilation system but like the scripted event is that the vent breaks and you fall down through the rock and stuff into the room, unsure if that futhfills the request, as for the rest, im unsure of all that, would be cool, yeah, but i dont know if i want to do all that as of right now.
4, same reason as 3, though the bottom area as of now can maybe be considered abandoned (i mean its flooded partially i suppose) but it isnt a secret area, i mean maybe you could consider it kinda hidden because both access points are kinda hidden in side rooms? but not really like any puzzle to solve to get there you jsut gotta explore.
Sorry if i dont end up including every single one of your suggestions, and sorry its been so long since last responded, i only do mapping for fun and i got burnt out of it somewhat from this map. Glad to be back in now, and V2 will be here sometime soon, ive been working on and off though so when i do finally get to finishing it it may not be all too much.
As for other person's suggestion ive kept it in mind and tried to get rid of dead ends hoping that that would help, unsure if it will, but its nice at the least to have less dead ends in the map. not all too many new hallways but like 1.5 new floors and a new hallway and side room. I will probably expand it on 2.x versions, i just kinda want to post this quickly so i can play on the map with my friends, worry about larger expansions later so i dont get burnt out again.
I dont know if any of this is certain though cus as of right now im feeling kinda bored and tired of mapping but that could change tomorrow, ,i have been mapping pretty much all day.
Alright, hope you release it, may be a great map!
It was alright
