Stats
+60% attack speed
+20% attack damage
-Cannot Switch Unless killing a enemy
-Health Decreases by 1 every 2 seconds
+When killing a enemy you gain a extra 30% attack speed
-Slower by 30% Gain up to 20% speed by killing 10 enemys.
My stats :3
EDIT:On hit infects enemy-5% slower attack speed for enemy

Guys. It's a misc. meaning it is not a weapon, therefore no stats, and just makes the scout look more cooler.
