i feel like the research projects have too high of a research cost; maybe something like 15K research points at the maximum?
Bambaryła  [udvikler] 24. apr. 2024 kl. 23:39
reduced the research costs
Akrakorn 25. apr. 2024 kl. 12:52
These costs still seem pretty high. Vanilla research goes as high as 6K for things like power armor or starship reactor/drive. 8K for the biotech wastepack atomizer since that's the cleanest way to dispose of waste.

Ok i'll wait for more feedback before reducing them again

gotta agree with Akrakorn, the prices seem really high. it might be worth splitting the researches somewhat such as separate researches for each of the pipe systems, then one research for the refineries, so you can get some logistics set up before full production. i think some mods even have ways to have buildings depend on 2 researches so you can have a refinery only show up when you have refineries researched and the relevant pipe-nets

I like the toxic waste management aspects of this mod but not anything else, can you make separate mods?

I'll give that a thought

Currently, a solar flare will destroy all waste management storages due to them "not having power" would be nice if they had an internal stored power or an internal "temp" to avoid them being destroyed with no way to stop it during solar flares

i will extend the time it takes to break them

Gotta agree with this- I Legitimately thought there were either a major mod conflict, or some kind of bug when seeing how high the research is for the items.
Bambaryła  [udvikler] 1. maj 2024 kl. 0:42
halved all the research costs
Mister Jay - Dk 6. maj 2024 kl. 12:35
Doesn't look like the new research costs are in?

Also, the work times for the items might also need some serious tweaking. 500 for the waste drain is insanely high. Most workbenches seem to be in the 50-100 range.
The drains from VE are 10.

@Mister Jay - Dk
dont know what to tell you, i had numerous updates since then and they're reduced on my end

Maybe separate the part of the mod dealing with toxic waste in another mod?
