Known issue: some icons are missing and i have no idea how to figure them out.
Hello,

For icon problems, you need to add the following 2 lines to :

ItemProcessor.CombinationDef

<resultUsesSpecialIcon>true</resultUsesSpecialIcon>
<resultSpecialIcon>UI/Devilstrand</resultSpecialIcon>

And of course add the PNG image to the *Textures\UI* folder in my example.
