Maybe you can add a option for this mod to be dependent on skill? say up to foraging skill 3-4 this mod is "off" once you level up to say 5 the mod gets "activated" also perhaps add the option to lower the search radius the faster you move,sprinting very small radius for example running a bit bigger and so on.

of course all this if it's possible code wise.

These are neat ideas, and absolutely would be possible!

It might be a good idea for me to start implementing different Sandbox/Mod Options so people can cater the mod exactly how they like!

Turns out the radius does get effected by movement speed, reducing to a minimum radius of "3" when sprinting.

I haven't heard any other feedback about wanting to restrict the activation of the mod, but it can be added or removed at any point.

Trait-locked version would be amazing! I like to make non-combat oriented characters to support my beefy bros but if they can do this too, it isn't special to my character. :(

Jokes aside, that's phenomenal reasoning for adding restrictions! This idea is now at the top of my TODO pile :)
