Voice???
So, maybe some new voice lines, because now the Pyro his mouth is visable, so maybe some monstrous voice lines that he actually makes growls and roars instead of mumbling now?

that would be nice but what if he actually spoke? one line could be, "im coming to burn you!" in a very creepy voice

Maybe some creepy clicking noises. Picture it: a BLU Scout is wandering down a dark corridor, when he hears "cliiiickclickclickclickclick". Then, VAMPYRO BURNS HIM TO DEATH

How about when the pyro says a line this itme's mouth moves and lets out a voice that sounds like a grumble or growl mixed with the pyro's standard voice line. kind of like that fly engineer set.
