It would be logical to adjust the computer interface for Windows 3.1 since it was released in April 1992. So to speak, it would be authentically included in the canon. Although it is strange that even after turning off the lights it is possible to use the Internet. But for this you can probably create a mini-quest so that you can still use ZBay

- Player must find copy of Windows 3.1 in Electronic Store
- Player must connect computer with 3x Electric Wire
- If player connects PC to the ethernet at first days of Knox Infections, ZBay will work and die like Water or Electricity. But after some time, survivors will establish local ISP so player will be able to use ZBay even after shutdown.

I think this is the best thing that can be done to balance such a powerful network where you can literally buy things during the apocalypse.
