Not a bug as such, but the in-game walkthrough is incorrect for the first digit of the chest near the window.

Thank you ditzib, I changed the digit last minute and i forgot to change the walkthrough, i will fix it immidately!! :)

i assumed the gear and spindle went together and put them on the same spot and the Something Happened text prevented me from picking the gear back up softlocking me

Aaah I see sorry for that ill try to Fix it, I think if you walk close you might be able to retrieve it but not sure...

You can take the key below the mannequin chest by crouching.
