Should the cloaking device have effects?

I think cloaking devices should turn your ship invisible, but when you mave there is like a ripple effect on your ship.

Well, i would like to implement an effect... but i am not sure if it is possible and how (with the current API).

when ever that is possible, it would be cool. I was also thinking that a world option could be added to enable/disable the ripple.

It is possible, no need for api - make it work like the arc reactor mod - just have some "thrust fire" effect outside of the cloak block, the block would have to think it is a thruster that give no thrust, but still lights up in the direction of travel. Question is just cause you can, should you..
