Feature: Priority spawns
This feature will be not implemented until Valve releases full scripting support.

Some arenas have 5 spawn points to support 5 players, but when players are playing 1vs1 or 2vs2, those extra spawns are not good or they should be very rare. To implement this feature scalably, we need extra features for scripting.
