i think it'd be funny if there were an option for turrets to gib when they deactivate from tipping over

I'll take note, but now I'm developing a mod where when you kill any combine from explosion, hes body armor and helmet fly off from the corresponding combine costume model.
The mod is still very raw, but this is what it will look like:

So; if you remember from hl2ep2 the turrets would destruct at one point (said destruct option can be accessed for gmod using this addon):

What I would suggest is what about also having it so that the turret malfunctions and destructs if it takes enough damage from someone shooting at it for example; rather then the turret only being destructeble via an explosion..?

It seems that in the script I wrote it so that it would explode only when damaged by an explosion

make it so that ground turrets also explode when underwater
