4 tire axel ?

Hello,
I see here in this mod to make 4 tire axel... but dont know what to do with that ? Is it possible to have for example 4 tires on 1 axel on this truck ? Or maybe there is some other truck I didnt find ? I found 2x the same truck... Ps. GREAT JOB WITH TRUCK DETAILING. ITS PERFECT !

4 tire axle is reserved for future updates, it will be used on older mods, not this one
