If it's still broken remove the following mods in this order one at a time until things work
Mass lovin
Balthazar Biotech
Way Better Romance
EBSG Framework and all dependent mods
Super size Bed
One Bed to Sleep with all
Lovin' is Messy (and fun)
I'm not saying they're all incompatible, they just stand out as likely problems if things are still broken
EDIT: Kindly tell me which one it was so I can update the compatibility list as well.

There is at least one other person reporting issues with it and one bed to sleep with all. The author recommends placing it at the bottom of the list in any case. In particular after any other performance mods.
I also recommend verifying the third mod in your list is in the right spot in the load order. It is rare to need to load before Core.
Rule of thumb library mods go towards the top after Core and the expansions, and performance enhancers should be roughly last following whatever recommendations the author makes on load order. performance enhancers have a pretty good likelihood of breaking stuff just by virtue of how they work.
If that was for me, I don't have that mod last I checked.
Whatever the mod is, you have it between Core and the expansions. This is not typically a recommended location to load anything.
Mod 3 in your load order is bs.fishery I cannot find anything on the workshop that obviously correlates to the id. 1,2 and 4 I was able to find and confirm they are in the recommended locations
Number 5 is Core
Number 6 is bs.performance Again, I'm struggling to find anything that correlates to it beyond the one I linked to. It is in a strange spot in the load order as well
Those two are the major flags I'm seeing.
I have confirmed they are in the correct positions in the load order.
At this point I could use an up to date log
Everything else looks relatively innocuous. Mostly something looking for the mono libraries where they aren't. None of it is even remotely related to this mod.
