uploading escalation to Lan server issues

is anyone else struggling to get escalation into a Lan server? I've tried everything, its even in the map files in "SteamCmd". a brief tutorial would be much appreciated if anyone can help.
i followed this to a tee and it still says "failed to find map Escalation" when i launch the server in the control panel
