Whats this hatch I keep hearing about?

in the water theres a hatch, noclip quickly around the water and you will find it, it doesn't serve any purporse as of right now, however its a nice easter egg:spiffo:

Might be a reference to the hatch from the show Lost, or at least GTA 5's easter egg version of it.

Also I just found out that you can break the pipe on the oil derrick type thing near the docks and it will explode.

you can also break the gas pump to make it explode too
