The Ragdoll Addon in the video:

Alright i think i figured it out, it's a combination of both "Complex Death Animations" and "Reagdol", I managed to change both settings of the addon to get something pretty similar to the video, but it's kinda buggy on mine since it's probably not the same settings as the video
