Ammo crates bug
The ammo crate on the left is the prop version using the replacement model, the ammo crate on the right is the entity version that actually gives you ammo, but it doesnt spawn with the replacement model, just the material

NVM; i found out the problem. It was an addon conflict

i unistalled this mod to fix the issue

Considering you don't have Half-Life 2: Sandbox [Base]. I don't believe the issue's from us.
