This is an issue for some players.

As stated in the mod description, quitting and rejoining the game seems to have been working for some players.

If you encounter the issue, you can post a comment on this discussion and provide anything that could help:
- The build version you are playing on
- Any vehicle / inventory mods you have on
- The vehicle the rope was attached to
- Whether or not you logged off between the moment you attached the vehicle and the moment you dettached it
- any other thing you think can be relevant
