I have a small problem that all roads and building does not have textures after an unknown (uninstalation of garry's mod) can somebody tell me how to fix that?

Try verifying your GMod installation as described here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335

If that doesn't help, the issue might be caused by another addon. See if it still happens after you temporarily disable all other addons and then restart the game.

The content used in the map is all included with GMod or packed into the addon, so these steps should fix the issue in most cases.
