I suggest verifying your GMod installation: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335

If that doesn't fix it, try temporarily disabling all other addons. If it still happens after that, check the console (press Shift+Esc) while running the map and see if it shows any error messages.
