Missing dirt road texture?
it's the only missing texture im seeing. I tested only having this enabled and still had the missing texture. Am I the only one having this issue, or is it the map?

It's included with GMod, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't work. Try opening the console using Shift+Esc and then entering the following commands, one by one (make sure you don't accidentally copy/paste a space at the end):
whereis materials/overlays/dirttrack01a.vmt whereis materials/overlays/dirttrack01a.vtf

This will tell you from which location the material and texture are being read. The file paths should contain hl2_misc.vpk and hl2_textures.vpk, respectively. I did what you told me to do. The console told me they were in the same places you said they would be. I even checked the vpks with GCFScape and they were there. Would you suggest I verify my game files?
