Russian localization was mostly done thru machine translation/transliteration. I've gone in and fixed the ones I found that translated names or didn't give a transliteration at all. There are more than 1000 lines of localization so I haven't gone thru each line to QA. Please let me know if erroneous translations or transliterations are made.
