私もこの問題で困っています。
タンクに移したミルクはタップから取り出す仕組みなのだと思うのですが、
現状「ミルク」以外の種類のミルクを取り出す方法がないようです。

I'm having trouble with this problem too.
I think the milk that's transferred to the tank is supposed to be taken out from the tap,
but at the moment there doesn't seem to be a way to take out any type of milk other than "milk."

You need to right click on the construction gizmo for the tap, it will show a human milk tap option. That will allow you to take out human milk

いいえ、ご報告いただきありがとうございます。これはご自身のミスだとは思わないでください。使い方が紛らわしいのは、私のデザインに原因もがあります。実際、他の方からも同様のご報告をいくつもらえており、私自身も改善方法を探しているところでした。ただし、Vanilla Expanded Frameworkの機能上の制限により、現時点ではこれが最善の方法です。今後も不具合などが発生したら、どうぞご遠慮なくご報告ください。
