Starbound log file contains these errors:

Note that the second and third error are separated by two info lines, logging that MaterialDatabase and TerrainDatabase were loaded.
I have not tested this mod in isolation because i do not actually know how to individually toggle mods in starbound.
This may not actually be a problem, a modder much more experienced than me stated that they might be patches for mods I dont have installed; those errors are not fatal and the game does not crash from them.
