Why not update the original or delete the original.

Because the original was actually a Sonic Jam Model, and was more custom then original in terms of animations. The name of the original was Sonic R NPC, not Sonic R NPC's so I wanted to re-upload so it wouldn't fall to the bottom of the workshop, un-noticed. People have been waiting for this. Also, why does this concern you?
