True, but it's a simple change, not anything game-breaking that will take tens of hours to change.

i mean
its not that difficult i feel like, but ive never made a mod before so i couldnt say much, its just cores though compared to most other things

Macedonia, Thrace and Central Macedonia should be cores. There is a Bulgarian majority on the edge of the Serbian border, but the states are weirdly shaped, so it might be safe to give core/claim on Southern Serbia and Claim on Kosovo(there isn't a big minority there, but the way the province is shaped there is in one of the tiles so idk).
EDIT: There is a Bulgarian minority in Edirne too, but due to the way the province is shaped it can't easily be divided between Bulgarian and Turkish either leave it be until Balkan update comes, or just give Bulgaria the cores and worry about it later.
