Infected Combine and Rebel skins... well. Honestly. when an infected turns a combine or rebel into just a citizen. That feels unrealistic.
VARIANT IDEAS


deteoriated stage 2: moves slow, vomits less
Evolved Vampire: will revive a total of 2 times when killed with fire
Leech (red Vampire variant): when it attacks, it gains +10 health, and is more rotten and melty

Infection Varieties: What if when it gets it's hands on lets say a headcrab. The headcrab can use it's way of infection too. Like a sort of spread-mimic.
We deffo need an assimilation/imitation aspect somewhere, I liked how it worked with your Feral Rage mod and it's a shame it got cut out so it'd be cool to see it in the Hivemind mod
I want visual hallucinations or they start changing the map a bit like adding flesh to it
a infected that can use weapons like agony from your old pack

A tank infected, larger has more health, does more damage and moves slower. I would personally either have it as two infected fused or a single infected that's large and muscular in it's upper torso but weak and deformed in it's lower torso (hence the slower movement speed).
