Everything that it's added to TF2 people thinks it's going ruin the game (well, not everything, but you get my point). Get used to, because it happens every time.

I think this hat pretty good, the quality is pretty good and fits the theme quite well. The uploader's intention was for Halloween, if that was added on as a non-restricted item, that's an issue with Valve's end, so don't hate the guy only because the item was accepted as a non-restricted item. And yet, this hat is quite rare (Elite Grade), you guys aren't going to see many of these on servers anyway.
