How to unlock all of the secrets???
Right now I'm confused on how to unlock all the secrets?

Right in the description, "Your People Playground directory," which implies it goes in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\People Playground

create a text file named "BypassFUNValues.txt" in your people playground directory (right click on game -> manage -> browse local files)

I did that and I see no changes?

i removed the bypass, all the fun value items are unlocked by default
