- disables buildings until removed (does not destroy them)
- Engineer does not get notified that his building is getting sapped
- Engineer must listen for the song or get notified by his team that his building is sapped

maybe add
- Friendly pyros cannot remove sapper
so the engineer actually has to be there

We don't get to decide what it ends up as if it ever gets in game. We designed it as a red-tape reskin but if it does get ingame then there's every chance that Valve will give it new stats.

Bonus points if the song is Don't worry be happy but in Building notification

+ 20% Moving Speed if Equipped for Spy
+ Deals 15% Faster Damage on Buildings

- Spy takes 25% more Firedamage if Equipped
- Spy takes 10% more Damage in General if Equipped


BTW Nice Skin!!!! I hope it will be added by VALVE!!!! <333
