We realy need this in DX11, There are people in comments offering you to do it for you. Please accept their assistance if you wont do it yourself.

I want to re-do this if she/he won't answer. But it would take forever without the models. I suck at 3D modeling.

Swatim said that there is the models in a folder, so maybe someone can do it again ?

You can get the models from the ModSDK files... there is a folder with the original models...I tried to make all of them just longer...so strechting the parts...i failed :D

If you would have spent 2 seconds reading the last 20 or so comments, This mod is dead. The author will not do DX11.

I know the modder will not do it, I just created a discussion so everybody can speak together to make this mod alive again. There is many people in the comments that offer to do it.

Yeah but they cant unless the mod comes back and tells them it is OK as they would have to use assets from this mod to "Upgrade" Which is not allowed unless told it is OK. Instead they have to create their own.

Posting here so everyone wondering how things are going will actually know. I already wrote this in my modding thread but I doubt people actually read it, especially since the link is broken.

First thing first,
They work. They are black, that's all.
According to my (admitedly limited) tests, they are no more or less bugged and unstable than vanilla pistons. DX11 doesn't change a thing about it.

No, you don't know I won't do it, this is pure conjecture.

I lost all my original models following a hardware failure. The models inside the mod are compiled versions I can't edit. Nobody can give me assistance about it and I can't give my lost models to someone to do the job for me, obviously.
In order to make a DX11 update, I have no choice but to redo all models from scratch. We are talking about a lot of models here (large/small, 1x1/1x5/3x1/3x5, base model/LoD/construction stages), it takes time.
The first mod to get an update will be Two-Ended Motors and 2x2 Motors because it's a shorter task and I already started working on the model, then the Piston Pack, and finally Status Panel.

Latest statement was "It MAY support DX11" that was in 2016, two years ago. It is abandoned.

... Are you high on something? a LOT of mods and addons have been abandoned throughout the years. Just search for "Abandon" on mods and you will see loads where the euthors were nice enough to atleast mark it as abandoned.
