You can report bugs here and in the Issues page[github.com] found on the GitHub repo.

IMPORTANT:

If settings are broken for WHATEVER REASON, please go to:
[A HAT IN TIME INSTALLATION DIRECTORY]\HatinTime\Binaries\Win64\OnlineCommunication

You can go to that quickly by right clicking A Hat in Time -> Properties... -> Installed Files -> Top right click "Browse..."

Inside that folder there's going to be files named:
settings_v$.hat

Where the dollar sign represents a number, with the highest number = the latest version being used by the mod, either delete the latest version or delete all files, this causes the game to reset settings to default. Remember to apply all your settings as they are previously how you like them.
