Could you make it so that scanners actually alert Spider Synths? It's completely fine if you can't.

Need's nerfing a bit, you peek a corner for one second and get about four super powerful shotgun blasts in you're face despite being at a somewhat far-ish range, still enough to somehow kill ya in just four shot's, I'd suggest adding a bit of a delay between each shot as well as make the gun have to be winded up a little bit before starting to fire.

you've done a lot with ground troops, maybe next you could add some air power to the combine?

if you could, can you maybe have variants of the npc such as one variant having rocket launchers instead of the pulse machine gun and another where its turrets are replaced with a minigun. (obviously it would be op so some nerfs can be that it takes longer for the crab synth to shoot and even longer when it reloads.). the last variant (that i have left) is a pulse cannon on top of the crab synths behind. the main weapons would be the original. (basically works like a strider if it was a crab).

Maybe the dark-colored Spider "Synth" could use a pair of Flamethrowers instead of the normal Pulse Cannons that the regular Spider "Synth" has?
Also, maybe a smaller Spider "Synth" that can go into smaller spaces (buildings, for example.) and provide fire support for Combine Infantry?
