I think the fact that there is a required expense for reforms is pretty interesting. I don't mind the fact that it's required, but I think it's odd that the more you increase the slider, the *lower* the expenses are. Shouldn't it go the other way? Also what is "Redtapism"? (Additionally "burocracy" is spelled "bureaucracy")
