There are questions about hireling
After testing, hireling's growth stagnated after level 33, even if I upgraded them to level 43, their skills no longer changed, is this a bug? And I would like to make a suggestion, maybe we should remove hireling's Rage Flounce ability, which is a complete side effect on gunners (even in melee combat hireling doesn't use it).

I haven't done much testing on when Hireling skill growth stops. Checking the code, they should be gaining 2 skills per level when below level 30 & 1 skill per level beyond level 30. They will continue to buy skills with each level until they don't have any more skills they can buy in their primary three skilltrees. Theoretically, anyway - if they stop early, I'll let you decide whether it's a bug or an unintentional feature.

As for the... "Rage Flounce", I'm assuming you mean the three types of Charge Attacks and the three types of Leap attacks. I can further reduce the probability of those, but I won't be removing them. Gunner Hirelings in particular have a very low chance of having those abilities - a 5% chance for each Charge Attack type if their secondary skill is Melee or Acrobatics, and a ~2% chance for each Leap Attack type if their secondary skill is Unarmed or Acrobatics.

In the current game, once an employee reaches level 33, they are unable to acquire any further skills because they cannot learn the other three core skills, which I think is a clear bug

I think its cuz the hirelings will attempt to still learn skills from their main focus, but unable to actually do so due to a lack of them. So they end up gaining nothing other than extra levels.

That makes sense, come to think of it, Neo. Good thinking.

Ah. I forgot I did that. Yeah, default Hirelings use the Vendevice voiceset. I'll change it to something different in the next update - probably either Deimos or the Toughs.

So, do you have a plan to fix the bug where employees can't gain skills after level 33?

Please let us choise our crews voice just like picking a random ability.

Would if I could, but I don't even know where to begin with fixing something like that.

That would require some pretty advanced code, I'm not that good at programming yet.
