Issues with hirlings
Hirelings seem to be locked at their starting level I bought them at with a lock icon next to the level and will not level up at all.

That's a new one. Did you happen to be playing as the Offering origin? If so, that would be an issue with the Origins Revamped mod rather than this one - a bug currently exists with that mod that makes it so that the Offering has a negative of -1000% max Hireling level rather than whatever it was they intended to have it set to.
