the G03LM thing - that was a bug in EAE as well. (if im talking about what op is talking about, could be completely different)
the issue stems from two brute units grappling each other right as one of them is *supposed* to die - in this case a G03LM and a Massive. For some reason, G03LMs can be grappled as they die (or maybe its just the Massive hireling initiating a grab that kills the G03LM on contact), and as a result the G03LM will want to finish out the grapple animation, so its put in a sort of semi-invincible state so the Massive can properly finish its grapple and not just grab the G03LM and have it instantly ragdoll on contact. however an issue seems to arrive with this semi-invincible grapple state where the Massive will continuously loop its grapple animation, never properly killing the G03LM. I once had a single massive with me on a NCF run and it spent SIX MINUTES grappling a dead G03LM before finally letting it go :sob:
