Hirelings have no random specialization
I recently started to get back into the game with this mod, after installing Cshardp, I noticed that the Hirelings came with the origins but not with specializations, example: ALL the massive ones ALWAYS come with the BRUSIER specialization, all the thinkerers with the GUNMAN/HUNTER specialization and etc, it seems that the specializations always come subject to the origin and never change (example, I want to have a massive with stunman specialization)

Is this a bug or am I just an idiot?

Don't put yourself down like that by calling yourself an idiot.

But yes, this is intentional. Hirelings that have an Origin will always be strong in their Origin's focus skill and weak in their Origin's weak skill.

There's no way to change that(? Because I wanna do some crazy sht with the hirelings, and I remember it was posible in previous versions of the mod

As of currently, the only way to change that would be to make a mod that removes the deciding traits from Hirelings. I may make an optional addon for this in the future though.

Well, I hope that happens someday, thanks for the help and for the consideration of the addon <3
