Hireling 'Cheer' cooldown
any chance the teased Hireling update might contain extended/added cooldowns to the Hireling cheer thing? really fun to see each one congratulate one another on kills nearby, but it gets tiring after you see them do it every 2-5 seconds for every kill they get

That's the way the SpreadsJoy behaviour works, unfortunately. It'd be a long and convoluted process to create a cooldown for each individual Hireling, but what I probably CAN do is make it so that new Hirelings aren't guaranteed to have the behaviour. Would that be satisfactory?

better than having Hirelings celebrate on a kill when nearby every single time, thank you for that

ooh yeah a chance for SpreadsJoy to proc would be nice - especially when there's a brute enemy actively hunting them down while they're in the middle of high fiving only for one of them to get grappled out of the animation lmao
