Two bugs I found
Hi, I found two bugs in the latest version(WME v1.10b).

1.VRbuddy lag issue

Found this while playing on Foundry with my squad including him.
I was just playing normally but suddenly the game get laggy af, turns out he has a problem when he's on fire.
Maybe this is not your mod's problem(game's problem I mean), but I'd be happy if you could fix this!

2.Vampire infinite biting
I didn't take a video at this happened, sorry.
It sometime happens when the hireling with vampire origin
(he was acrobatic class when I encountered it)bites the enemy with an animation like Zed does at Pit Stop,
but for some reason, that action sometimes doesn't cause any damage to the enemy, and any other people including the player cannot deal the damage to the enemy while he's doing that.
(To be more specific, the damage was displayed, but it was more similar to saying that the enemy will not die no matter how long it takes.)

As for the second, maybe I could try reproduction when that happened and take the video of it if you need. btw, thank you for the quick update!

The fire lag may be a result of the origin you're playing. I've never had fire lag up until I played the Corrupt Origin, which lags the game to an unplayable ~3fps when on fire or poisoned. I don't know which origin mod the Demonicon is from, but I'd check the reviews to see if there are any comments regarding status lag.

As for the infinite bite glitch, my best guess is this is a result of the game itself being weird. Grapples don't like to be interrupted, and since vampire bites count as a grapple, the game will temporarily make an enemy invincible until the grapple fully plays out and the vampire finishes its bite animation. However, if the enemy dies *as* its being grappled, sometimes the game freaks out and makes the enemy invincible anyways, leading to a somewhat permanent grapple loop. I've had this happen before with Massive hirelings grappling G03LMs and Half-MAGs and more often than not unfortunately had to restart the level. I had one instance where the hireling did let go, but it took a full six minutes. I'm not sure personally if anything can be done. My understanding of this here is from some explanation from Neox back on EAE along with some talk with people in Arena Barracks in the MPN server, so don't quote me too hard on this.

Both of those are bugs and I don't even know how to begin about fixing either of them.

For starters, the VR Training Buddy issue. For some reason, this only applies to the VR Hirelings and other custom characters who use VR Training Buddy parts, but not the basegame VR Training Buddies. I suspect it may have something to do with the way the game attempts to handle gore, but I'm not sure. All I can recommend for now is to not bring VR Hirelings into missions that involve fire (those being the Foundry and Murder Room).

And for the infinite bite glitch - R1PCH41N is right. It's a bug with the basegame as well as far as I'm aware - if a character who is playing a death animation gets grappled, the grapple lasts forever regardless of how much damage is put into either character. I don't even know where to begin with fixing that one, but it is an issue. At that point, you're effectively softlocked and the best way to handle it is to restart the level. It's unfortunate and I'd fix it if I knew how, but I don't know how. My apologies.

@R1PCH41N_FR3NZY Thanks for the information. Demonomicon is from the mod called Casual Journey which is on the steam workshop and comes up with a huge amounts of new origin. It's cool, you should try it too!

ooh ! I might check it out, though I already have so many origins it's almost impossible to see who does what lol
