Minicrits/Crits for a certain amount of time on kill (limited to just the weapon, guaranteed crits on flamethrowers/launchers sounds disastrous)
Good job trying to make a demo-pyro shared weapon. Keep up the good work!
To put it simply if we had this as a shared there is only few shared weapons. some stock weapons are shared(shotgun/pistole) and melee is like paintrain or half zatoiche(no idea if its spelt right but other then that all other melee shared has no stats so making two classes that have nothing alike to have a shared weapon that benefits both is exstreamly hard. for soldier and demo they use melee alot wether its demoknight or jumper sets but for pyro and demo they have nothing alike so making a weapon to benefit both, is useful for both and is fun to use is hard.
I normally come up with some stats here and there but for this.... I got nothing even with the stats posted it is hard to say its good.
The main thing about meelees that makes me never use em is the fact I can never close the distance to use them. I'd give it like a 25 percent or 30, 40, whatever increase in speed, but make it that demoman lose a big chunk of their resistances when using any shield, and make it that pyros lose their non-inflammability.
20% faster move speed while equipped
25% melee damage resistance while equipped
20% melee damage
40% weapon damage while equipped (Keep in mind i dont intend for this to be exact percentages, or even exact advantages/disadvantages)
But it should either have less damage or a slower swing rate.
