what about making it a throwing axe for the scout?

make it a scout seconary with stats
on hit: astrobleed for 5 sec
set with mk 50
it can also say"You died from an univented weapon "

I'd honestly be okay with it being a reskin for scouts cleaver, but i'd rather have a weapon with stats since we havent had something like that in like a year.
